By creating an account with alpa66, accessing the alpa66 website at alpa66.net, or using any games, services, or features offered by alpa66, you ("the Member") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein or published on the alpa66 platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and alpa66. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions without modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of alpa66 services immediately. The alpa66 platform is exclusively available to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during use of the alpa66 service.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the alpa66 platform or any related service.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) alpa66 account. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering for an alpa66 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. alpa66 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify alpa66 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. alpa66 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials or your failure to report unauthorised access in a timely manner.

alpa66 accepts deposits via payment methods listed on the platform, including but not limited to Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the alpa66 platform and are subject to change. The applicable limits at the time of your transaction shall apply. alpa66 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures before processing withdrawal requests, including requests for documentary evidence of identity and source of funds.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on your account tier. Standard accounts are subject to published processing windows. Gold, Diamond, and Black Diamond VIP members receive expedited processing as a benefit of their tier status. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

alpa66 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which alpa66 accepts no responsibility.

alpa66 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry periods, which are published alongside each individual promotion.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. alpa66 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, exploited through coordinated play, or claimed in breach of eligibility criteria, alpa66 reserves the right to void any associated winnings and recover any bonus funds already credited.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses may not be combined, and only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. It is your responsibility to review the terms of each promotion before claiming it.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the alpa66 platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Creating more than one account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with alpa66 games or services.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional terms or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the alpa66 platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with any unlawful transaction.
• Accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any alpa66 content without the prior written consent of alpa66. Unauthorised use of alpa66 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alpa66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the alpa66 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

alpa66's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The alpa66 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While alpa66 takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, no warranty is given that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

alpa66's collection, use, and processing of your personal data is governed by the alpa66 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference and is available at alpa66.net/privacy-policy. By using the alpa66 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

alpa66 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the contact details held on their account or via a notice posted on the alpa66 platform. Continued use of the alpa66 service following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and e-commerce regulations as recognised by the licensing authority under which alpa66 operates. Any disputes not resolved through alpa66's internal complaints process shall be referred to the relevant regulatory body or independent dispute resolution service as designated by the applicable licensing framework.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
